- 1 onion
Spice mix:
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- Optional: 1 tbsp garlic powder or chopped garlic, 1/4 tsp ceyenne pepper, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Liquids:
- 1.25 cup water/broth
- 1 can kidney bean (drained)
- 1 can diced tomato
- Optional: 1 can tomato sauce
pantry items:
- oil

1. Sear meat in olive oil til browned (set aside liquid if necessary)
2. Add onion and spice mix, saute
3. Add liquids
4. Pressure cook 10 min or simmer 20-25 min uncovered
